Easy Tools That Will Help You Connect With Customers

The really neat thing about an economic shake out is that it forces us to focus on real value.  It’s then that we find out that real value doesn’t come from fancy graphics (no offence to my artistic friends) or expensive mail campaigns.  Real value comes from the creative ways that we choose to use to connect and build relationships with other people.
